For products, elements like electronics and mechanics are important. For a software, however, software engineering or software development are more important.

During the implementation phase, only minor adjustments to the concept and visual design are allowed. These adjustments need to be made before the implementation. Only then the final realisation of the product, software or service can be made without a time and/or cost explosion.
